Without providing this information OpenDialogue Inc. may be unable to process the registration or enquiry. All information provided will be held strictly confidential. OpenDialogue Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected. The information collected but not limited to include Full Name & Job Title; Company Name & Address; Phone & Fax Number and email address.

Information Sharing

We do not share, rent or sell our customer e-mail lists. At times we may share other contact information with other professional organizations including our sponsors and media partners to promote various conferences. No lists provided by OpenDialogue Inc. may be used by anyone other than for the confidential use previously agreed upon between both parties. All lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against abuse and violators will be prosecuted.
